Wrapped child exits
awa run returns the wrapped command's own exit code rather than an awa code.
A child's code can overlap awa's own range, so the exit status alone does not identify the origin. The run envelope disambiguates it in data.run.exit_origin.
- Interruption of a normal command:
130. - Interruption of a wrapped child: child signal-derived (e.g. 137 for SIGKILL).
